Time to store your black, PALE is back!

This show took my breath away! It was a parade of beautiful and PALE dreamy pieces. Rodarte designers, Laura and Kate Mulleavy, said their inspiration was sleepwalking. I cannot get enough of this, even the runway itself, with the stack of candles, is beautiful. I want to use this collection for the inspiration for my Fall 2010 wear. It is by far my favorite collection from any designer, that I have seen in a while.

Getting Spooky at Giles

Love the dino handbag! And the spiders on the classic silhouette, very edgy but light and fun.

Cutler and Gross "Scooby" sunglasses with pink printed frames, spider and scorpion jewelry, neon pegs and gold-plated bulldog clips to stick in hair and festoon collars—not to mention really silly soft-toy dinosaur bags. Like so much else this season, Deacon's collection is young, and it has a believable, cheerful personality that should see him holding his own.

Va-Va-Versace!

Donatella Versace takes the brand back to a younger generation with this collection for spring summer 2010. She FINALLY stopped pushing the older more grown-up look and embraced the young look that Versace was known for in its heyday. Lots of color, legs, platforms, color, silver, glitter, did I mention color?? Definitely a happy collection, Miamians and bella donnas everywhere are surely rejoicing. Thank you Donna, thank you.
